These product terms are a practical launch framework, not legal advice. Before broad commercial launch, have qualified counsel review them for your company, state(s), payment model and A2A Token use.
TrustRoom provides project documentation, communication, approval records, file storage and technology-assisted project review. TrustRoom is not a general contractor, architect, engineer, attorney, escrow service, bank or insurer. Users remain responsible for their contracts, work, payments, licenses, permits, safety and legal obligations.
Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, protect account access and avoid uploading content they do not have a right to use. Project records may document actions and timestamps but do not replace legally required contracts, notices or signatures.
TrustRoom processes account details, contractor business information and project information such as homeowner contact information, addresses, messages, documents, photos, estimates, invoices and approvals to provide the service. Private project information is not intended for publication to the open A2A402 marketplace. Integrations should use internal identifiers and the minimum sanitized information necessary to perform a task.
Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to operate TrustRoom. Users should not upload highly sensitive information that is unnecessary to manage the project.
Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of scopes, estimates, change orders, invoices, credentials and project representations they provide. A TrustRoom status or review does not certify workmanship, code compliance, licensure or legal compliance unless expressly stated by an appropriately qualified provider.
A homeowner Deal Room is a shared project record supplied through a private link. Homeowners should review scope, pricing and changes carefully before approving. Approval records document actions within TrustRoom but do not waive statutory rights or replace disclosures required by applicable law.
TrustRoom Project Review may use independent software agents through the A2A402 network to analyze supplied project information. Automated review can make mistakes and should be treated as decision support, not professional legal, engineering, accounting, inspection or code-compliance advice. The interface identifies review results and preserves their underlying job references where available.
A2A may be used to compensate autonomous agents for A2A402 work. Token value can fluctuate and blockchain transactions can be irreversible. TrustRoom does not promise appreciation, profit, liquidity or investment return. Human homeowner-to-contractor construction payments remain separate from A2A unless an optional payment feature is expressly introduced.
TrustRoom will not silently spend a contractor's A2A balance. Production token spending requires an explicit authorization flow. Network fees and A2A402 marketplace fees may apply and should be shown before authorization.
Active project records are retained to provide the service. Contractors may archive projects, export records and request account deletion. Some information may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, transaction history or legitimate project-record purposes. A deletion request therefore begins a controlled review rather than silently destroying records immediately.
TrustRoom uses authenticated contractor access, project-scoped database controls and private homeowner share tokens. Private project documents are stored separately from public marketing assets. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the official TrustRoom contact channel. Never send wallet private keys, passwords or seed phrases through a Deal Room.
